Michael and Louise Westmacott would like extend a warm welcome to the Craigbrae Farmhouse Web Site.

Situated only seven miles from the City of Edinburgh, the property is ideal for those visitors who require a quiet base for exploring the area, or as a starting point for a trip further North to the Highlands of Scotland. The house is also ideal for the business traveller to take time out after a hectic day and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of city centre Edinburgh.

Craigbrae has been the Westmacott's family home since 1977. Bed and breakfast guests have been warmly welcomed since the beginning of the eighties and we look forward to welcoming you in the near future and treating you to traditional Scottish hospitality.

Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home and enjoy the surroundings to the full. We have also published what we call the Craigbrae Guide on the site, giving you extensive information for daily excursions which are easily accessible from the farmhouse. We have also included a list of recommended restaurants, both within the local area and in Edinburgh.

Our rates start from as little as £35 per person per night, including a full Scottish breakfast cooked to order by Louise who is Cordon Bleu trained.
